The purpose of this association shall be to act as a group, taking an active role regarding issues facing rental property owners and managers of the Mid Coast area of the State of Maine. This includes informing and advocating for MCAHA members and educating the general public regarding the interests of rental property owners and managers.
MISSION STATEMENT: The accomplishments of "success", in most aspects of life, is by knowledge. It is our mission to harvest and channel housing related information to our members so they can apply it and use it for their "success" in investment property ownership.

Guest speaker: Jeff Thaxer from Statefarm Insurance of Topsham will be speaking to us about tenant insurance, what it covers, the approximate cost of it and why it is important for landlords to require it. Jeff will be available after his presentation for questions.
